Movement awareness
we activate the unconscious and conscious state through the exploration of movement and a guided experience, focusing on the mind-body connection in order to develop our individual potential. working on joint mobility and coordination, exploring anatomical concepts and motor skills, which will let us work the movement from a natural and comfortable place, and develop body awareness. development of the technique studying the connection between dance and acrobatics, floorwork, and the technique of handstands and variations, to embrace it through choreographic elements. working on group improvisation, focusing on the creativity within the vocabulary, exploring a technique of falling down to the floor, and learning how to use the elements that we are studying in the space to benefit us, and discover new paths that will serve as an inspiration for collective learning.

biography
javier mario salcedo hernández is an artist from granada who currently works as a dancer and acrobat in the performing arts of dance and contemporary circus. his journey began while he was studying for a degree in sports science at the university of granada, and he completed his training at the flic school of contemporary circus in turin (italy) and the sead experimental school of dance in salzburg (austria). among his notable works in dance and circus are his collaboration with the cirk la putyka company (prague), his performance with the eva duda dance company (budapest), his participation in the salzburg festival (austria) in the bassardis, directed by krzysztof warlikowski, his dancing in contemporary flamenco works directed by both daniel doña and andrés marín at the generalife theatres, as well as macbeth (liceu, barcelona) choreographed by antonio ruz, behold by a romantic act (teatros canal, madrid) directed by richard mascherin, and his collaboration with the duo samsara alongside chey jurado.
